As long as they are in completely sealed containers, there should be no issue transporting the containers with Nuvan ProStrips from one area to another, however, it is recommended to leave the NuVan ProStrips undisturbed in the sealed containers for at least 2 weeks. Correct, the Nuvan ProStrips+ (65 g) cannot be used in plastic bags like the regular Nuvan ProStrips (16 g). The 65 g strips are designed for use in larger areas such as attics, storage units, sheds, crawl spaces, pump houses, utility boxes, garbage cans, trash dumpsters and receptacles, compactors, vacation homes, cabins, boats and other areas.
The product works by vapor action therefore the vapors must be able to successfully travel to the areas where bed bugs and eggs are hidden in order for it to work. For this to occur, there must be air space around items in which the vapors can move. Larger items or furniture will not allow the vaports to disperse therefore items may not be effectively treated.
The Nuvan Directed Spray Aerosol can be used on the tufts & folds of furniture, mattresses, box springs, headboards, footboards, etc and then placed in a plastic bag for treatment. View the full product label for more information.
