It is very good and ecomonic if you use it whit application gun for gel bait. In our case are died all the cockroach, but not imnediatlly, in 9-13 days - it's a goot think for prophylaxis. It contain the fats, it's meen we need to be careful wen we apply on the paper surface (wallpapers).

The product works well and quite fast. It took about less than a week for me to notice that there were no more insects crawling around. It worked wonders compared to other gel products I purchased. Would likely recommend to others.

In 3 days, the bugs ate a lot of this bait and probably 75 to 80 % are dead. After 3 days, the remainder avoided the bait, so it looks like I'll need another product to finish the job. I did not read carefully: assumed that a hot new product like this had an IGR in it.
The product is great!!! I recommend it to everyone!

Alternate every 3 months between gels

Research a little first with the Google AI mode, make sure it is in AI mode. Use this Gel second, Advion gel first. Every 10-14 days replace the Advion gel, after 3 months start using Optigard. Then repeat, go back to Advion Gel after another 3 months. Do not give up and remember to store these products as airtight as you can. Can last up to 5 years if stored properly. You can apply to wax paper actually! Please ask Google AI about this although and do plenty of reading first! Anyway thank you for reading all of this, much love!
