    I want to spray my fence line, will this hurt my dog ?

    How soon after I apply Ortho MAX Poison Ivy Killer can I plant grass or flowers?

    Per the manufacturer, after using Ortho Max Poison Ivy & Tough Brush Killer lawns and ornamental flowers, trees or shrubs can be replanted in 6-8 weeks. If you are planning to plant edibles in the area you must wait one year.

    How do you mix Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate?
    A

    Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate is mixed at the rate of 4 oz. per gallon per 400 sq. ft.  In areas where the brush is very dense, the rate is 4 oz. per gallon per 100 sq. ft.

    Yes.  Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate should not be used on ornamentals such as peonies.

    Is Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate harmful to pets?

    Ortho MAX Poison Ivy & Tough Brush Killer Concentrate is pet safe if used as directed on the product label.  Pets and people should be removed from the area being treated, and once the application has fully dried, people and pets can re-enter the area.

    Will Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate kill invasive plants like garlic mustard and Japanese honeysuckle?

    Ortho MAX Poison Ivy and Tough Brush Killer Concentrate does list dozens of weeds that it controls on the product label. This list does include Japanese honeysuckle, but it does not include wild garlic or mustard. Bonide Poison Ivy and Brush Killer BK-32 will control wild garlic, garlic mustard, honeysuckle, and dozens of other weeds.
