As long as they are keeping the baits in tamper resistant bait boxes, and keeping the pets out of the area where the sprays are being applied until it has dried, all products you listed are safe for pets to be around afterwards. The Talstar granules normally have to be watered in to activate the granule and once the activation water has dried the pets can re-enter those areas.
