Clinging Foam

Does exactly what's it supposed to do. I add it to a cement dissolver to clean my concrete pumper truck. Without it the cleaner just runs right off. Adding the foamer makes it cling to vertical surfaces which allows it time to work. End result I get more for my money out of the cleaner and a cleaner truck.
