    Q
What is the PHI (pre harvest interval) for using Pageant?
I am using this fungicide on wine grapes and need to know how close to harvest that it is safe to spray

  • Asked by Daniel from Hurricane Mills, Tn
    09/16/2019
    Q
Can Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide be used on pistachios? The label says "non-bearing" for most nuts but it does not say this for pistachios.
The pistachio does not say that, is it ok to use on bearing? Buying for couple pistachio trees we have. We'll be eating the crop but concerned that PDF has most nuts non bearing but pistachio does not have that distinguishment. I did read in University journal that pristine or pageant here is best for the trees. Any info appreciated
    A

Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide can be used on pistachios as directed on the product label but does also state: DO NOT use on crops intended for food or feed use.

  • Asked by Monica from Inez, Tx

    Q
Dry weight measurement for Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide
What is the dry weight conversion for mixing purposes if we do not have a way to measure? Ex. 1 tsp = x ounces
    A

Technically speaking, dry weight should always be measured by weight with a scale, as conversions aren't always completely accurate.  We ultimately recommend purchasing an inexpensive food scale for this type of measuring of Pageant Intrinsic Brand Fungicide.  However, the estimated conversion of dry weight would be 2 tbsp. = 1 oz., or (1 c.) 16 tbsp. = 8 oz.
