    Pennington Sun and Shade Penkoted Grass Seed Mixture

    This product was exactly what you said about it. I have tried a variety of grasses and nothing has worked. I live in Rockwall, Tx and heat is very bad during the summer months and the BIG oak trees around my house doesn't let much sun in. I followed the instructions and this seed is growing better than anything I have ever used.
