This product was SO easy to use! I was worried about my cat, so I checked the product label and it said once it is dry it's safe for pets--and it certainly was. We had bed bugs in our home and we used this...and they're all gone. What a relief. I was thinking we'd have to throw things out! Love this website and this product and would certainly recommend to others.

My purchase was delivered as promised. The product did not work to expectations of killing roaches, but seemed to excite them somewhat and slow them down. That was more my fault as I ordered the product before I listened to a professionals advice on what I used to get from them! (Voicemail message-did not recognize the number) This Product does not kill on contact, but does drown the roaches if sprayed directly on the cockroach. Will order Suspend poly-zone asap.

We are sorry to learn that the Phantom did not work up to your expectations. While Phantom is a great product, it is very slow acting by nature. Roach control usually involves a comprehensive program which involves and insecticide spray, and Insect Growth regulator and a roach bait. It is working at killing the bed bugs. Rather slow but is more effective than other sprays and longer lasting. Appreciate the lack of spray smell. I have some hope now.

I have used this product for 3 years running. I have applied it according to the direction both inside and outside of my home. I have kids and a small dog and this product has proven very effective in eliminating the unwanted pests and safe relative to my family.

we purchased the phantom termiticide/insecticide for a bedbug problem that we had and so far I am very happy to say they are gone...it was gonna cost use 1800 dollars for a pest company to come out and I'm sure that were like a lot of people that there is just no way to afford that...so we tried to do it are self and it worked..it's very frustrating to have to wash every single thing but phantom will kill them no joke.....what we also did after the phantom was sprinkled diatomacous earth around the base boards..do some research on the de it's good for everything....don't be afraid to try phantom if it's applied the way the directions say you will finally have your home back...thanks for reading and happy hunting.

I am seeing results everyday. Killing in numbers and see fewer everyday. Really impressed with this stuff. A little goes a long way. Will buy again if need.

We have a commercial property.Pest was our problem thus we found DO MY OWN PEST CONTROL over the internet.We called and they guided us over the phone.We are very happy with the help.This product really helped us.We are very satisfied. This and the other products we used are fantastic.

I bought this product because I had a case of bed bugs. I had removed the mattress/box springs and then I sprayed around the walls in the whole house. Every time I sprayed I would see the bugs because the spray interrupted their routine. I have since had all carpet removed and laminate flooring put in place. I sprayed around the walls before they put the laminate down. God willing, we are done with the bugs. If not, I still have this stuff that I can use. I also have not seen any other bugs in the house since using this product.

This stuff was nothing short of amazing. We tried almost everything in the past with no luck. Within a month the bedbugs were just about gone, now months later and no sign of them!!!

At one time I applied pesticides commercially and this stuff works, as long as you use it the way it was intended. To those that claim it isn't working, or it is feeding the pests thoroughly clean your house using bleach (It will clean up all residual pesticides) then clean it again to clean up the bleach residual, Use only this product and don't clean where it is applied with anything but water for a week and you will be bug free.

The product has not had any effect on the roach infestation. The product also left visual residue on the hardwoods. The product was also expensive for lack of performance.

I live in a row home or "town house" in an east coast city and had an outbreak of bedbugs near two years ago. I had been given some of this product as it was used to treat my mother's apartment to rid of B-bugs and it works. I still find an occasional deadite b-bug and have even had a few encounters with one climbing a wall in broad daylight, this is not normal b-bug behavior and I suppose they are confused, poisoned and wandering to death, they move too slow to be healthy as far as I know. Anyway I do use subsequent application of diatomaceous earth after spray has dried or following day as this works hand in hand and not only for myself but my mother and a sister as well. I only have given 4 stars as in my, albeit half clay basement I still have daddy longleg spiders galore so I guess it isn't effective on all pest. One last thing , I was able to rid kitchen of annoying fruit fly and gnat issues as well just last summer. This years problem is flies in a backroom and so far so good. P.S. I have two cats and one dog and have observed no ill effects and all have had proper vet checkups since. I do however take precaution not to let the pets return until area sprayed is COMPLETELY dry. In it's liquid form this chemical can be dangerous for felines/cats so be smart and keep bottle well out of their way. Also Lol, I purchase form this site and shipping is within 3 days...cause it sucks to have to wait when in need. Good luck to all with b-bug issues it is a lot of work but they can be neutralized!

we used this to keep bedbugs at bay as we hadnt had any live ones in a long time, but we wanted to try something else. so far so good, we havent seen ANY kind of bugs at all! This stuff is easy to use and the smell is not too bad, I would reccomend this product :)

If you want to get rid of your bedbug problem, this is the product you want. You must be patient though it takes about 4 to 7 days to take effect but once it does BAM those little buggers are dead. It might be a little pricey, but I kid you not this stuff works like a dream.....

I sprayed a week, 7 days, and I think its finally taking effect. The bites continued for the first few days but are tapering off now. Last night was my first completely bite free night. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for success!

I got this to treat surfaces for ants, termites and earwigs. No termites yet plague my house but the others do. These were not pharo or argentine ants, yet I did not identify the species specific to my residence. I do not know if it deters carpenter bees, I could only access one side of the porch they were boring into and within days saw fresh sawdust from their boring on the non accessible side. Read the label, its explicit for those licensed for pesticide products.

the only thing I can say about this product is that it is very expensive and so far I have not yet seen any positive result, the ants are wandering around the house, I think I lost my money.

This stuff is terrible! I've been using this for a month now and still have these little black ants. I used ant bait first and they usually go for it, but didn't this time. After a week I sprayed the house with Phantom. The ants are walking across half the house directly over the entire path that I sprayed 3 times and they're still alive and kicking and moving as fast as ever. I have a Florida block house and spray a lower barrier around the whole house and then another at the top of the block. Then go around again and hit the soffits and the corners. I think Raid would work better. Pest guy said Phantom was better than Demon, but I don't see it.. I'm going back to Demon. Demon works great!

Used this product to eliminated ant invasion in the bathroom and kitchen of our newly purchased home. Worked like a charm! We went from ants all over the kitchen backsplash and on the bathroom counter to NONE! Not one! This product is convenient to mix...great for a large area (we decided to do our entire house). Also, we used this in conjunction with the Phantom Spray, which is also terrific. The spray is convenient to use, but it is much better for smaller areas. The mix is much more cost effective for larger areas. In any event, both the spray and the mix are super effective for ant elimination! A+++++
