We have been purchasing Phantom Termiticide for about a year now. We love it. We run an 80 unit complex and with people moving in and out there are always a roach situation. Sometimes serious roach issues. We cannot believe how wonderful this product works. We give this a 5 star rating,

I NEVER wanted to have the experience of bed bugs in my home. I abated them once determined after the library lied to me that they were in fact bed bugs. Next,I studied and went and got retail products to abate them and bombed my home. Now , all other bugs don't have a chance, this stuff work it has worked great on the outside bugs, but the main reason I bought it was for bed bugs and it had failed horribly

After 5-7 days all colonys of ants and spiders from inside and outside of my house are disappeared and died. Works as advertised. Recomend to everybody to use it.

Afetre apply this insecticide per the instructions, it has eliminated by pesky ant problem totally. Application twice a year has been sufficent to keep the ghost ants out of the house.

We get an annual termite inspection and had a terrible ant problem during the time the inspector visited. I asked him what he would recommend to help with the increasing ant problem and he gave me about an ounce of phantom. It took care of the problem quickly so I ordered a bottle to keep on hand for future use.

This stuff works great. I've been using it for a few years and haven't had to buy a new bottle but only once, and that was because I let someone try it out and they used three times the recommended mixture ratio to 'make it stronger'. I highly discourage using more than the directions say to mix with water. For one thing, it will make the solution about as thick as house paint and the spray won't cover a huge area, and secondly, it's already a very effective poison, so it's pointless to try to increase its power. It has no odor, so ants will not avoid the treated area. They'll walk through it, carry it back to the colony and share the poison with the other ants. I cancelled my pest control service when I saw how effective this was and how much money I could save by doing my own pest control. What I paid for two visits by the pest control guy covered the cost of the entire bottle of Phantom, which has lasted me for a few years. The ants have been invading my house and even my cars lately, so this stuff has gotten a lot of use and it's done it's job well.

I purchased insecticide with bed bugs being my prime target. I originally purchased 9.7% Lamda-Cyhalothrin because it was advertised as best against bed bugs and had a longer residual. Later I switched to Phantom and saw a marked improvement in kill power. I don't know why it's not promoted better against bed bugs but I'm going to repurchase Phantom.

I am a retired entomologist and would just like to make a couple recommendations. This is not the correct product for you, you should be using baits for cockroaches. Don't expect overnight results. Seal as many areas as possible. Good luck

Almost a year ago I had Bed Bug & Roach problems. I've used Phantom as directed and haven't seen any bugs in my house. No spiders, ants or anything. Phantom leaves no residue & dries quickly. Make sure you purchase the mattress & boxspring protectors if you have bed bugs. After everything is said & done spray everything with Phantom as directed. It is an Excellent product.

Phantom works well on biting mites. Your procedure must include vacuuming every day, however, in order for it to be successful. The use of an IGR is also very beneficial. Phantom has the advantage of not being a synthetic and so the mites don't develop an immunity to it. Get a really good vacuum with a crevice tool and daily go around the edges of all the rooms you spend a lot of time in. You'll get a lot more sleep!

I have been using the Phantom with only little results. I spray bi-weekly and am STILL seeing the roaches in the kitchen, bedrooms and living room. My next door neighbor is using the same product. However, the upstairs people don't do anything. I do not think I will be buying this particular product again.

I've used this product for a couple of years at work. It's great for ants. I'm currently trying it out on bed bugs...we'll see. Advice: Don't use the same spray bottle that you would use with other sprays (CyKick CS, Wisdom, etc...). The other sprays will leave your sprayer tainted and won't allow total effectiveness. Advice: If you can follow the ants back to a hill or hole, treating just around this hole will give more success than treating where the insects have been spotted.

Just as the literature says, spray the trail, some die instantly but most track it to the nest. I figured they would smell or sence it then advoid the site. But NO, they just treck right through thinking all is well. I got up the next day expecting to see some sick ants but none were stirring! - The whole colony was wiped out!! Now I search the yard, driveway, patio, and sidewalks in hopes of finding more to wipe out! Fantastic - nonstaining product!!!

This stuff freed me from Bed Bugs. It's worth every penny and them some. If you aren't 100% certain how to use it hire somebody to use it for you. It works great.

I just bought a home in Dec. in Northern NJ and the previous owner didn't tell me she had a large problem with ants not to mention termites, but that's another story. I sprayed this stuff around my home and especially in the cracks between the outside brick wall and the concrete ground. Next day there were at least a hundred dead outside of the cracks. Next couple of days I seen them inside the house behind my stove. I guess I trapped them in the wall. I sprayed Phantom everywhere behind the stove and cabinets. Next morning everything was dead. This stuff is awesome!

Have outside ant problem, and this does not seem to stop them. Would not buy again for this purpose.

Phantom does not repel insects from an area as it is non repellent which means they cannot detect it. It also is a slow kill so it has time to be carried back to other insects and spread through transfer. You will still insects for a time due to this. The only way to keep insects completely out of the home is to seal up all crack and crevices that allow them access inside. I'm only giving Phantom a 4 since we just applied it about 2 weeks ago. Nonetheless, since then, we've had no ants. Applied in kitchen and all along outside border of our home. Thus far, seems to be working!

I use this product around commercials storage areas and this stuff is still effective after 90 days. Works well on spiders & roaches and I don't have to spray as often

We have had an opportunity to use the product, and have found it to be very effective so far. We were being bombarded by carpenter ants, and the little black ants but after treating with Phantom termiticide we seen them no more. Also in the past we used the Demand CS against an invasion of German Roaches and it was also very effective. I would like to say your products have been 100% effective. Thank you very much. Willard
