    Q
What is the setting for Prime Source Propiconazole 14.3 Select Fungicide to treat Anthracnose on Red Oaks if using a Chapin Hose End Sprayer that has a metering dial for tbsp per gallon?
This product was recommended by an arborist for a foliar spray application.
    A

Prime Source Propiconazole 14.3 Fungicide is labeled to control Anthracnose at the rate of 10 ml per 1 liter of water per inch of trunk diameter.

Measure the circumference of the trunk 4-5 ft up from the ground. Take the total circumference and divide that measurement by 3.14 (pie) to get the D.B.H. For example: if the total circumference of the trunk is 24 inches. The D.B.H would be 7.6 inches. This would come to be 76 ml (2.5 fl oz) of Porpiconazole in minimum of 2 gallons of water.

Please refer to the Product Label for complete use instructions.

    Q
What product is effective for nut grass?
    I have a zoyia lawn.
    A
You could consider using SedgeHammer +  Herbicide which kills nutsedge without injury to the listed established turfgrasses, including Zoysiagrass, if used as directed on the manufacturer's product label.
The "+" (plus) in SedgeHammer + indicates that it already contains a surfactant, so it is therefore not necessary to use any additional products.  One 13.5 gram packet will treat 1,000 sq. ft.  However, for larger areas, your may consider using SedgeHammer Herbicide in the 1.33 oz. bottle, which treats up to 40,000 sq. ft.
