Product Overview

Durvet Cal-Mag-Se Gel is a nutritional supplement for dairy cattle that provides calcium, magnesium, selenium, cobalt, and other essential vitamins during calving. It provides the highest level of calcium in a gel compared other supplements in the market today, with 67 grams per tube. It has both calcium hydroxide and calcium propionate, which provide a quick and continuous release of calcium in the animal's bloodstream. It also has citric acid which helps with better absorption of nutrients, plus it has a neutral pH level which is perfect for cattle. Its "true gel" base makes it easier to administer and will prevent running out of their mouths. It also has no withdrawal time frame, allowing for more flexibility while preventing complications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  1. Hold head of the cow in a slightly elevated position.
  2. Place nozzle near rear of mouth. Use of hook nozzle recommended.
  3. Discharge entire contents of the tube.
  4. Hold head up and allow animal time to swallow.

Give one tube prior to or after calving and second tube 12 to 24 hours after calving. NEVER PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE TUBE IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
