STEP 1: Hook the bottle to a hose and turn it on.
STEP 2: Extend the hose to the farthest area to be treated. Point sprayer nozzle in the direction to be sprayed.
STEP 3: Begin spraying - push ON/OFF switch forward into ON position.

Bio Advanced 2 - in - 1 Moss and Algae Killer RTS can be applied to lawns, patios, roofs, buildings and more. It does not stain vinyl siding, however I would confirm with the manufacturer Bio Advance Customer Service at 1-877-229-3724.

I have seeded a new lawn. I'm probably over watering because I'm starting to see moss on top of the dirt.
Areas can be re-sown 5 days after treatment of Bio Advanced 2 - in - 1 Moss and Algae Killer RTS after killing and raking up the dead moss. We recommend focusing on cultural options as one cause of moss is overwatering and hand raking will probably be the safest for a new lawn if it is in fact just a small amount of moss..
