Pump not working

I had to return because I couldn’t pump. It just was empty. Nothing was the resistance wasn’t there I’m assuming something was wrong with the can maybe it was a reject I had to send it back. I’m hoping to get a new one soon as I’m reimbursed for this one. It was a very nice looking cam but just wasn’t working
