Captain Jack’s Spotted Lanternfly Eliminator Concentrate is a fast-acting, plant-based insecticide that kills spotted lanternflies on contact, including both nymphs and adults. Formulated with essential oils and botanical ingredients, it helps control visible infestations on trees, shrubs, vines, landscaping, and outdoor structures. The concentrated formula mixes with water at a rate of 1-2 fl. oz. per gallon and can be applied using a pump sprayer or other suitable spray equipment. It also kills additional listed outdoor pests, including ants, beetles, earwigs, and stink bugs. Developed and tested by entomologists, the formula contains no added fragrances or dyes and is non-staining when used as directed.

Shake well before each use. Mix concentrate with water at the pest-specific rate in a pump-up sprayer or other suitable spray equipment. Apply directly to pests or areas where pests may be seen. Do not apply while bees or other pollinators are actively foraging in the treatment area. Wait until they have left before beginning application.
Spray pests directly when they first appear for best results. Apply while pest populations are low to help prevent them from reaching damaging levels. Re-treat every 5-7 days or as needed, or when pests are present. For ants, beetles (including lady beetles), crickets, earwigs, millipedes, pillbugs, springtails and stink bugs, remove excess or old mulch and trim landscaping that touches the building or house to reduce places where pests live, breed or gain entry.
Apply evenly to bark, trunks and leaves where lanternflies rest or feed. Cover upper and lower leaf surfaces, stems and branches uniformly until dripping or wet. Focus on trunks and lower branches where adult insects congregate. Spray all visible lanternflies directly. Do not apply to plants stressed by heat or drought. Avoid over-application to flowering plants because it may cause spotting or speckling of blooms. If temperatures are expected to exceed 85°F, spray in the cooler early morning or late afternoon.
