The last several years my small yard close to downtown Tulsa has been riddled with moles, voles, and gophers. Those critters are evidently rampant through this entire area. A friend up the street told me her yard man used some sort of castor oil-based product to keep the destructive little beasts at bay. I read reviews online and decided to try this Bonide MoleMax RTS. I wasn't thrilled with the instructions, but I emailed Bonide and promptly received their response to my questions. I applied the product myself and so far, knock on wood, I have seen no evidence of activity in my yard. Yay Bonide!

No The Bonide MoleMax RTS will not harm your lawn or flowers, it will only coat plants that it is applied to.

My lawn has several large mole-destroyed areas.
The MoleMax RTS product label recommends that you apply to the entire area. If you have a large area to treat, it is best to treat in sections, beginning at one point and working toward a desired "exit location."
