This product works great ! I have several snap traps under the house ( crawl space ) and used peanut butter for the most part . I decided to try this for a change and wasn't disappointed. I washed every trap first ( I know it sounds weird ) to get off any other smell . Then smeared a glob of this lure on each trap pan . Next morning I checked and had one rat and two mice ! Not sure if they were already under house or I lured them from outside but hey ! It works ! Try it .

Absolutely love this, its effective and easy to use. It doesn't get moldy when used outside and inside does not get runny or rancid in attics. I have had great results with this. I used to use peanut butter or beef jerky for bait until I found this product, one tube will bait approx 100 snap traps/ glue boards, no other bait is used by me.Highly recommend!

We had problems with mice over the summer and had put down mouse and glue traps. We couldn't understand why they were not attracted to either one. We later found that the mice had been eating grass seed that was stored in our basement. Once we found the food source and got rid of it, I placed drops of the Propest Rat and Mouse Lure on the mouse and glue traps. Within a week (or so) we were able to catch two of them. An then one finally got stuck on the glue trap. No more mice!! The Rat and Mouse Lure works!

Works great. Don't have to re bait with cheese or peanut butter which they clean off without being caught. Highly recommend.

I use this product exclusively for my business, catches trap shy rodents, does not mold in dampness, run in hot areas, and does not draw insects to it. Easy to use and compact design allows placement easily on traps, highly highly recommend!

As the owner of a pest control company I try many different rodent lures and baits. This product is by far the worst I've seen in years. Tried Pro-Pest Professional Lure in several traps including interior, exterior, for both mice and rats, without a single hit. This product also dries out and becomes ineffective very quickly. Go with peanut butter -- you can't go wrong with it.

Seems to be working very well, even out in the cold of the screen porch area. Hoping to be rid of these creatures for the winter.

This product should be put away. Not to be sold. I apply on traps. No results For rodents.

I own a company and all my techs use this for exterior or sensitive apps, where peanut butter cannot be used. Does not "melt" does not draw roaches and ants, does not mold and works well.

This lure has been very successful, far better than peanut butter and beats cotton balls by 2 to one. Inexpensive and more safe than peanut butter; due to peanut allergies. Highly recommend this product.

I think the rats in my house are pretty smart, the just ignore this (I think will work on other less intelligent ones), But this is a review so I just want to make clear: did not attracted (well at least did not scared the rats, which will be something)

I bought this before I needed it so when I did see a mouse I would be ready. When I saw a mouse I put it down on a trap and the next morning it was in trap dead.

I had some issues catching mice at a customers place using traditional bait. I put this stuff out and caught 30 mice.

Just started using it in your black snap trap and nailed one mouse. They would steal my peanut butter and not trip my old trap,I think this product will do the job.

I starting using this bait instead of peanut butter because it attracts less ants to the traps. I put out 22 traps and caught 19 rats on the first night. Since road construction started the rest infestation is a nightmare.
