Great product works well only issue is the keys for them I purchased 6 stations and only received 1 key you at least get a couple for the cost.

They work good. The rats went in and nibbled on the bait cubes . We found the dead rats dead belly up on the ground 3 to 5 feet away from the protecta bait stations. We found 1 to 5 rats about every other night. We put the six bait stations all around the house and yard. The ones we bought first at Home Depot the rats wouldn't go in them. They had only one hole and the path inside that box was a U shape & the rats wouldn't go in. the protecta bait stations had two holes and the bait was easy for rat to get yet still kept other critters from getting it. We have possums, squirrels, cats, dogs in the yard so didn't want them poisoned....the six-pack price was good too. Much better than the single price. We like do my own company. Nothing but good to say about them.

The bait stations are well made. I bought a six pack two for me and two for my two Daughters. I didn't see where I needed to buy two extra sets of keys. I got one set of keys for the six bait stations.

Own several rental properties and exterminating cost were about 1k per building. Bought all supplies myself for less then $500. And now do it myself and save thousands every year. This product is great. It's what my exterminator uses. They are durable and simple to use easy to refill and last for years. Gonna order more for future investments

EVERYONE HAS RATS! I have used these rat bait boxes for years. One of the locking clips broke off of one of my old ones so I wanted to replace it. I still use the old one since we have no children here and I want rats to have plenty of opportunities to eat my baits and die.

I paid $250 to get the pest control company to start, then had to pay about $100 per visit, which was every three months or so. The grumpy MF who came to do it once left a chunk of poison behind (I have a dog and it was peanut butter flavored) and another time lost his keys in his own trunk and thought they were on my yard until I looked in his truck under the seat and there they were. My point in relating this is that for rat control, the "pro's" have NOTHING on you. Do it yourself. $100 one-time purchase of 6 of these traps, and a bucket of bait blocks at like $40 every eight months, I have saved myself many hundreds of dollars over the years and have much better pest control.

They are exactly what I wanted. Good, durable, and thicker than the cheap ones. They don't lock, so I wouldn't want to use them professionally, but they are perfect for me, a little harder to open than the last ones I used. But I'd buy them again!

I had a little issue with one of the 6 stations but customer service took care of me immediately. Great service and great product for the DIY's.

The product seems like it is built strong and doesn't seem like like it will fall apart anytime soon. The hinge is a thin piece of plastic rather than with a steel rod. If the trap is opened up frequently this could become an issue, but most likely this wont be too much of a problem. The key system that is used to open the lid of the trap is a little confusing at first but DoMyOwn has a good video on the page that shows exactly how to open it.

The product was shipped quick and easy to work it. I placed 3 bait stations around my home and back yard with fruit trees. By the second week I noticed the rat problem has been stopped. Good product

I found this great deal on a six pack bait stations that i was looking for a while, i will recommend do my own for any pest control.

I noticed these bait stations at many of the paper mills, chicken feed and chemical plants I delivered to and figured I might as well try them at home. I purchased a set and now the rat problem is under control. Simple and easy to set, and just set on top a cinder block to elevate and keep water out, if needed.

This is a professional product, well made, easy to use, safe for dogs and cats, effective against rats and mice. I had a few (Sold to me by my pest control service at a high price) then I bought six more from DoMyOwn at less than half what I paid at retail.
