Terminating Those Wily Rodents
By Alexis on 03/21/2011
I cannot tell you how difficult it's been for me to keep down our rodent population before discovering DoMyOwnPestControl.com. We live in a rural area with field mice and pack rats galore. They became immune to warfarin very quickly and I swear they would eat it like a tasty snack. I had to make high raised beds for my vegetables with the sides covered in smooth metal sheeting and still they'd get in there and eat everything up. It's like they had grappling hooks or something to climb up the smooth sides of the vegetable beds. It's so simple to set up: you fill the stations with the bait and position them around your yard and then replenish the bait every week or every few weeks, depending on how much bait you put in there to begin with. My only complaint is the difficulty I initially had with opening the stations with the key. But I feel very safe knowing our dogs can't break into these stations to get at the poison, so it's worth the struggle and once I figured out how to open them, it wasn't a problem. DMOPC was even willing to talk me through it on the phone before I figured it out. Thanks DMOPC.com!!!

as expected- this is a good thing.
By Patrick on 10/04/2012
I got what I expected and this is a good thiing. Arrived on time, packaged securely, etc. The items are easy to use and do the job. My only complaint is that they only send one key to opent the stations, even though you get 12 stations in the box. The key probalby costs about 2 cents to make and is configured to be such that it woudl be hard to use a screwdriver to open the boxes. The webstie lets you order extra keys for $3.50 each. .. I like the stations and the bait but left with a bad feeling about them looking to nickel and dime me for an extra key. . .Spend the extra 2 cents and include a second key and you would have gotten five stars.

Works well but would have bought the larger size stations.
By Tom on 08/08/2012
They work well, however I wish I ordered the larger size stations or the landscape rock bait stations. The entry hole on these is extremely small. I know mice can fit through very small openings, but I just feel it would have been better to go with the larger size. All in all it works. Found 1 mouse dying a slow death on my driveway. After 2 weeks and 8 stations setup each with 2 blox, 5 of the 8 had a decent amount of poison eaten and only 3 were untouched.

Nice bundle
By Dave on 11/22/2016
I bought this bundle because it was what I was looking for as well as being a fair price for it. What I got was exactly what was stated in the bundle ad. Since each station holds 4 blox the 128 pc bucket should last for a few reloads of the stations.

Good traps but the bait doesn't appeal to deer mice
By Keith on 09/08/2012
The traps are nice but the bait is really dissapointing so far. My home is 500' off the road and there are a lot of deer mice surrounding my house. The deer mice do not appear to be attracted to this bait. I had my traps baited and out for 10+ days and only one had any evidence of the bait being gnawed (very little). I have a storage shed and have used the other green bait from Home Depot in there before (TomKat?) and the mice just ate that stuff up. I may have to buy that again and put one block of each in these traps to see if my suspicions of the deer mice not being attracted to this bait are correct.
lets see what happens

Mouse bait station
By Joe on 11/04/2017
The mouse bait works for me well. I used them in my shed, barn and backhoe. I don't see many field mice anymore. However, I think I will go back to traps in the house. I thought I would place a trap by the dog food bag just in case. Well, it works in the house but the smell of a mouse in the duct work was bad for a week. So bottom. If you are having a problem with field mice in a outdoor area., I would recommend.
It works and works well. Bottom line.

I am already seeing a drastic reduction in activity after about 3 weeks of having the stations loaded with Fastrac. As with all products such as this, follow the directions as written. Love this store! Great products, great prices. Do My Own is my go to place for all my pest control/destruction needs.
Great way to save money.

I have paid pest control companies a monthly fee that I can now do myself for a one time cost. Thanks to your help I now have the mice living somewhere else. The boxes are the right size and are easy to open, load the bait into, and place around my home and property. I will never pay someone else to do this again. Thank You for a great product.
