Pumpkin application with Prime Source Tebuconazole 3.6 Fungicide?

This says only use on cucurbits as a foliar spray, but its a Acropetal (upward) movement. How do you use it and how much for pumpkins in a 1000sqft area

According to the product label when treating pumpkins for Gummy stem blight (suppression only) you will use 8 fl. oz. per acre.of Prime Source Tebuconazole 3.6 Fungicide. Apply the specified dosage in a protective spray schedule to foliage and fruit. Repeat applications at 10- to 14-day intervals. Note: For optimum disease control, the lowest labeled rate of a spray surfactant should be tank-mixed with Prime Source Tebuconazole 3.6 Fungicide must have two to four hours of drying time for the active ingredient to move systemically into plant tissue before rain or irrigation occurs.
