    Would Pylon Miticide Insecticide be the best product for spider mite infestation of Boxwoods?
    A

    Pylon Miticide Insecticide is only labeled for use in commercial greenhouses.  Avid would be a better option for ornamentals outside of a greenhouse.

    Why does Pylon Miticide Insecticide need to be treated before flowering? Does this product hinder flower development?
    A

    Per the product label, Pylon Miticide Insecticide needs to be applied prior to blooming to avoid the blooms where possible because the product is toxic to bees.
