Oxadiazon is a pre-emergent herbicide only and will not kill any actively growing weeds, it will only prevent weeds from emerging if applied before they germinate.  It is not labeled to be used around grapevines but if safe around trees when used as directed. -

No, Quali-Pro Oxadiazon 50 WSBÂ is only labeled for use on bermudagrass, St. Augustine and/or zoysia turf grass.
