If I use any of the products listed for subterranean termites and beetles does the resident living in the house have to leave? I just have to spray underneath the house and around the perimeter of the house. I need to know to make sure what do tell the tenant before I buy the product.
If the house is properly sealed the resident should not have to leave, if you are applying outside. You want to make sure to keep them out of treated area until the solution has dried. Please refer to the product labels for safety precautions.
