Answer:

Please refer to the tale on page 8 of the product label for Tenacity Herbicide, and use the rates specified for your grass type.  When applying this product, the amount of water is not as important as the following the labeled product rates.  You will need to use as much water for your application that it takes to distribute the product evenly to the area being treated.
