Repels - All Animal Repellent Granules only lists that it is effective to repel the following animals: Armadillos, Beavers, Birds, Crows, Chipmunks, Deer, Groundhogs, Porcupines, Rabbits, Raccoons, Rats, Skunks, Shrews and Squirrels.

Unfortunately, Repels - All Animal Repellent Granules is not labeled to repel dogs and cats.
An alternative product would be Repels-All Liquid Concentrate that is labeled to repel dogs and cats among other animals.
