Yes, Repels-All RTU can be used around edibles.

To get rid of groundhogs you can use a repellent like Repels All Liquid. This product is labeled for ground hogs. You want to apply 3 sides of the area you are trying to eradicate them from, to ensure they can get out. We also recommend contacting your local cooperative extension office for advise on this issue in your area.

Repels-All RTU may cause an irritation ot birds as well. Please contact the manufacturer Bonide at 800-536-8231 to verify if their product will turn the birds away.

If you are wanting to repel prairie dogs, you could use Repels All. This product will repels in three ways, by sense of touch, taste, and smell.

We do not recommend apply Repels are to the car in any area. It is important that the property is addressed as a whole in order to reduce the number of mice. Tamper resistant rodent bait stations loaded with bait such as Fastrac blox will help reduce the level of mice on the property to a more manageable level. These products can be purchased together in our Mouse Bait Kit. To protect individual vehicles you may want to consider using mouse snap traps beneath the vehicle and resting on the vehicle tires overnight.

You can apply Repels All to painted surfaces. However, it does contain dried blood and depending on the color of paint, may stain.

The best way to actually get rid of skunks for good is to trap and remove them. Using a repellent will make them move for a small period of time but will not get rid of them for good. Repels All RTU is not labeled for use inside car engines so we cannot speak to the safety of this use method. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for feedback on this type of application, and any clean up that may be needed. You can reach Bonide at 315-736-8231. 

Repels-All RTU can be applied to hard surfaces but not cushions as it does have a lingering odor. Per the product label it is only for application to prevent gnawing and cribbing on hard surfaces, such as Decks, Patios, Garbage Cans, Outdoor furniture, Fences, etc., spray thoroughly until run-off occurs. First, test an inconspicuous area to determine if staining occurs. Repeat at 7-10 day interval

Be aware repellents can be hit or miss with cats/dogs as it is more about behavior modification and training to urinate only in certain areas outside and not in others.  It would be best to limit the cats access to the area if possible or remove the cushions when not in use.
