bought this thinking I could battle cluster flies that I thought were in the attic. used both cans and still had flies. maybe I bought the wrong stuff(?)

The FMC fogger you have is great for knocking down insects present in the area at the time you use it. Cluster flies can be quite a frustrating over-wintering pest, so it's not uncommon to need multiple products to combat them. We would recommending using barrier treatments outdoors to help prevent these insects from getting inside.
