Products like Southern Ag Triple Action Neem Oil are often used as very general coverage treatments on plants for insects and disease. We could not say if that product would work for your needs as you need to know what disease your rhododendron has specifically in order to know what product must be used to be effective. Diseases are specific to what can control them most of the time and this also dictates a fungicides mix rate per gallon and how often to use it. If you want to apply the Neem Oil on a weekly or every 2 week basis until you find out what disease you have you can certainly do so.
