Safe for pear and plum trees?

I'd like to spray my pear and plum trees as a dormant spray. Is it safe for these trees and what is the ratio mixture?

Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide is not labeled for use on pear trees or on plum trees. Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide is labeled for use on both pears and plums.
