    Weed control and fertilizer

    I purchased two 44 lb. bags of weed control and fertilizer and made two applications three weeks apart on my one acre lot. The results have been very satisfactory. However, I had to spend too much time and effort breaking up very hard clumps of the material (some as large as my fist) so that the granules would evenly go through my spreader.
