It killed 90 percent of the nut grass with one application. I will probably need it again next year.

Applied to St Augustine lawn in early August. Killed all the sedge and did not harm the St Augustine at all

My yard was taken over by sedge weed. Sedgehammer knocked it out. My first application took out the majority of the weeds. By the second application, it was just a matter of getting the ones that were missed on the first. Took about 3 weeks per application to eliminate but was seeing results in 1 week after application. Easy instructions and use.

Sledgehammer killed the nutsledge more effectively than what my yard guy sprayed! Work great and nutsledge didn't come back! Great product and free shipping to boot!

Love the product, took out 90% of the nutsedge, will reapply next spring and maybe it will totally kill off the remaining weeds

Easy to mix, started to work on the nutsedge by the 4th day. All treated has not grown any further. Great price and effective product.

We've used SedgeHammer for years on nutsedge that reappears in different spots in our lawn. It's effective, and the leaves turn yellow and die within a week to 10 days or so. Be patient.

I am so thrilled to have found this product! I had tried another product and never saw any results. I ran across SedgeHammer online and started reading all the comments. Some folks had results, some didn't. So I ordered 2 packets and tried it out. It's so easy to mix with one gallon of water and my husband got me a hand pump sprayer. I can do it myself! So, I tried it on a small portion of the yard just in case it killed the grass. I saw results one and half weeks later. Even after some hard rains the product kept working! (a lot of flooding in South Florida this past April). Only the sedge started turning yellow. The grass, St. Augustine, wasn't fazed by it. We took back taking care of our yard the end of last year. TruGreen admitted they couldn't get rid of the Sedge so we cancelled the contract with them. So, my retirement project is the lawn. We just take our time doing lawn and hedge maintenance. I ordered a case of the SedgeHammer and can use as needed. I am a believer in this product and have spread the word. I hope other folks get the same results.

I sprayed yesterday around noon. It started raining about 6pm and by morning we've had 1.5 inches of rain. I'm concerned about the shelf life of unused product.

Using SH late last summer, it made a huge dent in my nutsedge. I used it on my neighbor's front yard as well which was really inundated. It worked so well, he went out and bought it to use in his very large backyard with excellent results. This spring, the new crop was minimal, and with another treatment, it has (for the most part) died off. Still a little out there, but not worth mixing up a new batch. Definitely buy the 40 gallon container.

Got the product, put it down on a Sunday, cut grass on Friday, all the sedge is or is turning yellow and dieing off. Hopefully just need a single dose, but it's looking good so far

I applied the product per the directions and it has worked as advertised. I'm currently 10-14 days out from application and the nutsedge is pale yellow and dying while my St Augustine is unchanged.

Nothing else worked! GET IT NOW! BUT, get plenty if you live in CA CA government overreaches in protecting us and has already limited some vendors from shipping to CA!!

Another fine product from do my own and it worked as expected. Nutsedge was gone within 10 days after a good soaking. Did not affect my zoysia grass

SedgeHammer Plus Herbicide killed the nutgrass within 1 week. The fescue was not harmed.
