Shelf life three years from manufacturing date or three years since the bottle was opened?

I received a bottle of Delta dust that has a manufacturing date of 01–2023. If I was wondering is the shelflife three years from the date now that I open it or is it three years from the manufacturing date meaning this bottle is only good for one and a half more years thank you.
