Should I mow my lawn first?

My spring lawn needs to be mowed but the weeds are taller than the grass. Should I spray the weeds now and wait to mow? I assume the herbicide would cling to the leaves better if the weeds are bigger.

Per the product label, you do not want to move 2 days before and 2 days after an application of TZone SE Broadleaf Herbicide.
