A snake lives under my concrete porch. Will applying it there cause it to remain under the porch?

I never know when the snake will appear. If I apply this and the snake is under the porch at the time, will the snake leave the area or remain under the porch?

Do not use Victor Snake A Way at sites where snakes are believed to be already present, as the deterrent effects of the product might tend to confine snakes to the treated areas.
