    Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes will have up to a three year shelf life on the product if stored away from extreme temperatures.

    Should this be applied when the plant starts to blossom or when the fruits start to appear?

    Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes states per the product label for application: Apply SA-50 Brand Stop Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes as a spray using 2 tablespoonfuls (1 fluid ounce) per gallon of water. Apply as a thorough cover spray to foliage and fruit. Use at weekly intervals for at least 3 sprays. This material may be added to regular sprays fro insects and disease and is compatible with materials such as Malathion, Diazinon, Sevin, Dithane, and Neutral Copper. Do not use greater than the recommended rate or injury to the plant may result.

    Is Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes harmful to bees?
    I need to stop blossom end rot, but need to protect my honeybees.

    Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes should not harm bees, but we would recommend applying early morning or late evening when they are not in the area and less active to avoid direct contact.

    Can I use Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes for avocado tree root rot?
    Can I use this on my avocado tree that has root rot? Already use it for my tomatoes.

    We cannot recommend using Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes to treat plants other than tomatoes since that is all that the product is registered to treat. You can learn more about treating root rot on avocado trees in this article.

    Can I add to water and water the plant instead of spraying it?

    Per the product labelSouthern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes needs to be applied as a thorough cover spray to foliage and fruit. The product label doesn't mention applying as a soil drench.

    Are there temperature restrictions to prevent burning of the plant using Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes?
    Will high temperatures cause this to burn the plant?

    Southern Ag STOP Blossom-End Rot of Tomatoes does not mention any temperature restriction on the label. Usually temperature restrictions would be to prevent plant burn or damage. We would advise to apply in the morning or late in the evening if you live in a location with very high daytime temperatures.
