The spotted lanternfly is an invasive pest that, according to the PennState Extension, can be controlled with a combination of physical removal and pesticide applications. None of these chemicals is labeled for spotted lanternfly, but according to this article, they've worked. I would like to point out that although the products list these as contact as well, they don't mean they will kill on contact but that can be sprayed on tree surfaces or the pest and will kill them but not on contact.
