Spring application of Pennington 32-3-8 25% Uflexx .03 Iron Turf Fertilizer

I live in SW Ohio, and the soil temperature is currently 50 degrees. Temperatures are fluctuating quite a bit right now between highs in the upper 60s, but on other days only in the 40s. Would it be wise to wait to spread on my lawn until the temperature becomes a bit more consistent on the warm side?

Answer:

When applying fertilizer such as Pennington 32-3-8 25% Uflexx .03 Iron Turf Fertilizer , the soil temperature should be at least 45ºF and air temperatures should be no higher than 85ºF.
