Per the SDS sheet for Suspend SC please follow the following: Chemical-resistant gloves made of waterproof material such as neoprene, butyl rubber, barrier laminate or nitrile rubber. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants and shoes plus socks.
When using Suspend SC as directed on the product label you would apply only to cracks, crevices, voids and other inaccessible areas. Kids and pets simply need to stay out of the area until it has dried typically after an hour and then they can safely return.
Suspend SC Insecticide cannot be applied as broadcast or surface spray applications to upholstered furniture, mattresses, pet bedding or fabrics where people or pets will rest for an extended amount of time after the application has dried.
For bed bug treatments, the product label advises " apply only to the infested tufts, seams, folds and edges but do not make broadcast applications to flat surfaces where prolonged human contact will occur.
For Carpet Beetles, Fleas and Ticks, the product label advises the same, only apply to the infested tufts, seams, folds and edges but do not make broadcast applications to flat surfaces where prolonged human contact will occur.
We do not usually recommend Suspend SC Insecticide for bedbug treatments because of the risk of resistance and it cannot be sprayed on any furniture.
