I like to use a variety of insecticide, seems to work great I still prefer Barricor, Demand, Defense, Suspend, Bifen, but this stuff seems great as well!!

I purchased Talak, for at the time I was unable to get a hold of Talstar. So I settled on the generic of Bifenthrin. Sprayed the interior of the garage for powder post beatles, termites, carpenter ants, and any other nuisance crawler. About 2 weeks later I am in garage, and I see ants with wings all over the floor, a few dead spiders, some dead stinkers and random flys that hit the dirt. It is a very mild water based termiticide. It is no Taurus, termadore or phantom, however it is a very good choice if looking for a non oil base surfactant. 20-20 Hindsight, I would still like to use the Talstar XPS, but this is a very solid product well worth the money for a gallon of SC. 1oz:1gal will produce 128 1 gallon treatments at the highest concentration rate.
