I'm glad to have found a project that is of industrial Gray if I can also do myself or reasonable and affordable price which is enough to last me a while instead of using the typical Home Depot products. I sprayed all my plants trees hedge and everything around my entire house and yard and I must admit I did not see and immediate reaction to the mosquito issue we were having which is why I gave this review for stars but I will apply monthly as it suggests in order to help hopefully see a decrease in the mosquito problem

I do not normally write reviews. However since we were covered up with ant mounds all thru our my flower beds and pots. And nothing was working I gave Talstar a try. By the next day most of the mounds were gone. There were ant carcasses piled up all around the outside of the mound. It is definitely worth buying. The next product will be for carpentar ants. These things are killing all our hardwoods. And now they're coming in my house. Which causes as much as damage as termites. In the past exterminators have been unsuccessful with this menace. I hope I get the same results as I did with Talstar.

Live in a new development right in front of a pond and have done two treatments for midges. Will work for maybe a day or two and then they’re back. Followed the instructions and sprayed the entire backyard and sides of the house including bricks and the midges don’t seem to care after a day or so. Does seem to work well for other bugs but not what I was hoping for with the biting and non biting midges and being able to sit outside and enjoy the patio.

We apologize results were not as expected. Talstar is considered a repellent because insects can detect it. This does not mean they are truly repelled from the area they can just choose to avoid it as they know something is there. They must contact the treated area to be effected by the product though and it does take time for them to die after contact, a few hours up to 24 or more so you will still see insects in the area.

Had recurring issues with millipedes. Had a professional company come out and spray for over a year and they kept coming back after just week or so. I decided to give this a shot and since I've sprayed this in the basement and along the perimeter of the house, haven't seen one since. It's been a few weeks now and I hope they will stay gone for at least a month or two when I will spray again. Hopefully that will take us in to winter and maybe they will go dormant. Either way, it appears this is really effective and I would highly recommend it!

So I watched a video on YouTube about this product. The man showed while he was spraying and when he finished all the dead bugs. We tried everything even professional coming into the house to spray which seemed to bring more bugs!??????????? We have 3 different kinds of ants, spiders, and mosquitoes So I sprayed inside and out and they are gone! I'm consciously looking everyday, but I haven't seen any, and I can sit outside without freaking bugs attacking me!! I've told like 20 people already!!

This product is better than I could have ever imagined! I use to have spiders and a big mosquito problem at my house. I haven't seen spiders since but I am more impressed with how well it is working against mosquitos. Sitting outside in my patio would be unbearable as the mosquitos would start biting you. I've used Cutter backyard spray and Thermacell scent to try to keep them away but never worked well. Talstar has helped tremendously! We can sit outside in our patio and not be bothered by mosquitos.

mixed as directed( even on the strong ) with 1 gallon pump sprayer... sprayed 3 foot perimeter band on patio, pouch , driveway , flower beds, siding around the house.. first of all not much VOC oder as others were to creep in cracks and crevasses . 2 days afterwards I have rollie pollies and black beetle still crawling around the base perimeter no evidence of dead bugs anywhere.. not like i got with permethrin oh well it's open I'm stuck so I guess i'll just keep applying..

Great product Had problems with ground beetles the past few years. Nothing I used worked until I used Talstar P. this stuff is amazing. Absolutely zero bugs of any kind in or around the house. While others are still fighting off the ground beetles and other unwanted visitors with the stuff Lowes or HD carry, I'm sitting pretty with the Talstar that I bought from domyownpestcontrol.com. So far I just used one application and I'm shocked how well it worked. It is truly the atomic bomb for bugs. Super satisfied.

Been using this product for 3 years now. Where I live there is normally ant problems 6 months out of the year. Since I started using this product, I simply spray the pine trees in the spring when the ants come out of the trees. This takes care of the problem for the rest of the year. I also spray around the house foundation. Does a great job on mosquitoes. Spraying the lawn twice a year takes care of the problem. You won't find an insecticide that is this effective at lowe's, Home Depot, Grange Co-Op etc.

I was constantly having to kill those baby millipedes in my walkout basement. Shortly after spraying this stuff around the outside and inside of the house, the floor was soon covered with lots of dead ones, and 2 weeks later, we occasionally only see one or two dead ones (instead of a dozen) when we go down stairs. Definitely a huge improvement, and now I don't have to do the killing personally. Of course, my order arrived very quickly, as always. Love this company and its products.

We purchased this spray on line, received it in 3 days; my husband sprayed our 10 yr. old wisteria arbor and it was completely free of kudzu bugs by the next morning. We also sprayed around the house and other flowering borders, and they also were kudzu bug free. I cannot believe that the wisteria arbor was just covered (each tentacle had at least 1000 bugs on them and the arbor is 16 ft long. This Talstar P is certainly a miracle spray and we will purchase more when needed, and tell all our friends about it.

I've searched around for an exterminator and their prices were just ridiculous. I found this site and this product from searching the web. I read a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try. I mainly had black and brown widow spiders around the outside of my house and in the garage. Within about 5 mins of applying, I started to see the spiders come out of their hiding places and started to die. This stuff worked outstanding for me. This is really good stuff and very economical when compared to the cost of having a pest control service. Since the drought started in California, I've seen a huge increase in bugs, especially sewer roaches looking for water. Now I see them on their backs with stars in their eyes. None have gotten in the house for which I'm very grateful! Plus sales staff are helpful and courteous and good tips on the videos at the web site. Give them a call it'll be worth your time.

This stuff is phenomenal. We were recommended this product by a friend and it has been amazing. We live very deep in the woods and it was hard to leave the house before you were chewed through by the mosquitos. After applying Talstar, I can enjoy my back deck and paths again! We have animals that are outside and after letting Talstar dry the animals have not been affected by it at all. They appreciate the lack of insects as well! I highly recommend this product!

I had a problem with chinch bugs, fire ants and what appeared to be carpenter ants invading my lawn. Chinch bugs were the worse, stinging the nodes of the Bermuda. One application got rid of all the invading insects. The grass looks so green and healthy. It does have a barrier, days later after the initial application I noticed ants dying after coming into the perimeter areas that were sprayed. This spray is better than any of the products you'll probably find on the store counters. It's the best investment I could have made for my lawn.

Received product on time. The on-line information about the product was helpful. I gathered the information prior to purchase. The product killed or ran away everything that crawled in my yard. I let it dry as defined in the documentation before letting my pets out in the yard. Since I was treating for multiple types of bugs I went with the recommendation for the treatment with the highest concentration. Make sure your sprayer has a fine mist all the way to a long stream to cover all areas. Like the eaves of the roof where spiders are. Going to do my house next. Highly recommend the product and the company.

I have been using Talstar for about a year on all the homes I treat and I have yet to get called back for re-treatments. I treat every three months and it seems to do the trick. I just bought a new 3/4 gallon jug and someone wasn't paying attention when they drove into my driveway and ran over it. It survived with only a tiny hole on one corner so it is in a pretty durable container. Very happy with it.

I purchased Talstar P for control of mosquitoes I sprayed flower beds my lawn around house outside per directions. I didn't spray the flowers or buds didn't know if it might kill bees, butterflies etc.just ground area. After 24 hrs I noticed I didn't have that many mosquitoes and could sit out without being dive bombed by them. Will follow directions and retreat in 2 wks. I still see bees and butterflies also it controls fleas and ticks just keep your pets inside per directions until dried.

I live in Oklahoma and every year I have to deal with those ants. Like other reviews have said I have tried every product that your major home improvement stores carry. nothing worked. A year ago I bought this product. It has been the best thing that I have ever bought. I cannot emphazize how good this stuff works. When the ants show up treat around the base of your house, treat around any columns you have and it will stop them. I have reccomended this to my fellow workers and they all come back and thank me. Give it a try.

We have only used talstar once so far. We are covered up in lots of critters here in Tennessee. We watched in total amazement as the flying bugs flew away as we sprayed. It's amazing! No more fleas around our dogs house. The mosquitoes have been gone for about a week so far. (We sprayed a week ago) This stuff is awesome!! It's super concentrated so a little goes a long, long way!! I'm happy we can do it ourselves and not pay someone else hundreds of dollars.

I have been using this product seven years now. Before my husband passed, he taught me how to properly apply it. The product is amazing. We always had dogs and it is dog friendly for sure. I would never think of hiring someone to spray for bugs in and around my house because this is amazing how it keeps on working. If applied properly, it works for such a long, long time, sometimes I forget to apply it and realize it’s been awhile and it’s still working. I’ve shared this with family and neighbors. They also love it.

Several years ago my lab got out of our yard and was found several miles from our house. When we brought her home we did not know she was covered in ticks. Within a few days it became evident and we groomed her and removed well over 100 ticks! Within about 3 weeks we had ticks crawling up our walls! It was GROSS! I tried EVERYTHING, to no avail. Finally I got some Talstar and the ticks began to disappear. Within about 2 weeks no ticks. We have been tick free now for 3 years and we just used Talstar for termites. LOVE IT!

I used this for my shed that the Carpenter ants got to.  The Carpenter ants are now history (I sprayed inside the shed and outside all around the building and ground).  I am now spraying the outside of the my house and about 2 feet up by say 2 feet out from the foundation just in case, it did not harm the flowers or bushes, great stuff and a great value and it is shipped on time.  I was surprised 4 days and I was laying down Talstar P.

I am using TalstarP on aphids on roses. After a couple applications, I am told that I am doing the right insecticide, applied in the correct manner, I have read all the tips, and followed directions. Even spoke with a person at DoMyOwn. Aphid control is spotty, but I am hoping it will get better. I was surprised to find that this insecticide is made in China, not the end of the world, but surprising. Anyway, I do appreciate DoMyOwn, good people, that are knowledgeable, and there to help. I just with I was getting better results with my TalstarP.

I checked my yard an house for any places mosquitoes could lay eggs or be nesting/ seeking refuge from heat. I applied the product per the directions, under and on top of leaves of all shrubs,trees,plants. The garden beds, lawn and patio areas, umbrellas, you name it. I sat down outside for a hopefully mosquito less evening. Not mosquito free. I received 17 bites in 5 minutes and every night since. I re applied per instructions. Zero results. This was a complete waste of time and money. Save your money for a screened enclosure.

I have been using this product for about five years with excellent results on all kinds of insects. I spray our home and some of my close friends homes, this has saved them and myself at least $2,555.Oo dollars during this time span even when I deduct the cost of talstar one . This is the same product that my former exterminator was using and I spray more often than he did. My wife does not want to see any pest period!!!! thanks for making it available I also use other products from your company and am very satisfied with the price and their performance.

I had a problem with odorous house ants. The pest control company helped, but did not eliminate it. I ended the service and baited two areas with Advion Gel. (Read my review-Excellent product.) In another area ants were showing up one or two at a time inside along a wall facing the back yard. I suspect the pest control company didn't do a very thorough perimeter treatment. I did a thorough perimeter spray with Talstar and I have had NO ants inside for 5 days, and I have looked thoroughly every day because I hate ants. The service and sale price at this web site were also outstanding.

Good product, prompt delivery! Battling stink bugs in Virginia. I don't know if we are winning the battle or not. These critters are everywhere and awfully hard to kill, but this stuff seems to work better than anything I've tried so far. They don't drop dead immediately when sprayed but most do keel over in a few hours. If the goverment released these miserable pests to control lady bugs as the rumor has it, then they better turn loose of some DDT before they destroy all our homes and crops!

We were absolutely infested with millipedes!  After spending a fortune on over the counter insecticides from our local hardware and discount stores and nothing worked, I found domyownpestcontrol.com and decided to give it a try!! Our lawn, patio, basement were crawling with millipedes, they were even climbing up the foundation and siding outside the house!! A few days after using Talstar P, our millipede problem was gone!! I had a pretty good infestation in my yard of chinch bugs. They were using the weeds like little umbrellas. Every time I pulled up a weed I could literally see 5 or 6 of the little buggers run. I have applied Talstar product as directed three times and I believe I'm beginning to see improvement. Only 2 or 3 run when I pull up a weed. As far as other bugs I'd say its a great product and protects the house well. Just hope a couple more treatments on the yard will get those chinch bugs.
