I live in Louisiana and am trying to regain control of the weeds for a centipede lawn. I the nutsedge and crabgrass are thriving. Unfortunately, I've waited until the hottest part of the year to try tackling the nutsedge specifically as I understand crabgrass is almost impossible to control once emerged. Is there a temperature range to apply Dismiss South in a Centipede lawn that is NOT irrigated? The irrigation is next spring's project… so, should I wait for Centipede to go dormant this late fall or just wait for next spring to apply Dismiss South?
Dismiss South Herbicide should be applied in temperatures 55 degrees to 85 degrees.
