This is the best product ever, we use to use it on the farm to spray the grain bins for bugs, now we are retired and live in AZ, it is the best thing to use for ants, and all the little bugs they have here.Everyone one else hires it done and they have all kinds of trouble with bugs.. We have no trouble even with termites, love this stuff...

I mix this stuff 16 mil per 2 gallons. I spray in the window tracks (dribble), door jambs (wet spray), baseboards(dribble) and about 3 feet out around the entire house exterior(medium wet). Keeps bugs out and the ones that come in die. I use it for my garage (2400sf) pump house and storage containers. Kills everything. This is the product that the local bug guys use. I also mix it with my weed killer to use around the parking area at 8ml per 2 gallons(light spray). Keeps the ants and termites under control. I think it is over priced, but it does the job. I spray once per month (some times 6weeks) March to September. Then skip it the rest of the year.

I was complaining about our Pest Control Service to a couple years ago and the recommended Tempo. WOW! what a difference no more occasional, spiders, flies, etc. The annual Termite inspector was under our house yesterday and ask did we vacuum under it because there were no spider webs at all. I just grinned and said no we use Tempo. He ask for you web information? Can you believe that? Now why did I write commission as the title review? I Sent my 91 yr old mother a bottle, have given your name to at least 10 people that I know have ordered the product. It is a wonderful insecticide and have and will continue to recommend it to family and friend and any one else that will listen to me rave about this product.

I haven't used it on my lawn yet (this was my reason for buying it) but I did use it on my foundation where I swore it would not work. I didn't think it would work because it was either completely odorless or close to it and it looked like it was just water sprayed on the foundation. I should mention that I also bought this specifically for the hundreds of spiders around my house and yard. They ran away from it as I sprayed it up under the 1st course of vinyl siding. The next day I figured that they were laughing at me as they were not hiding but basking in the morning sun. I did touch them and I was surprised to see them either do nothing (dead) or barely move a leg (close to dead). One thing for sure is that they were no longer runnin and jumping around. I'll test in the lawn area one day soon when time permits. The dosage/mixing instruction seem somewhat ambiguous at times. So I went with the low end of the scale/chart range. I saw a bunch of other dead bugs lying around outside the next day too by the way.
