I applied Termidor with Dominion around my house about 5 weeks ago. Still waiting for the 90 day termite kill. But, I have noticed something odd. Several large dead cockroaches around the slab. I have never seen them in the house but geez; what a pleasant surprise.

I sighted the big black ants about the 2nd week in May. When we had a couple 80 degree days (Metro Detroit area) I then proceeded to find something to get rid of them - hence the review. I bought Termidor and received it a week later. I waited for a nice dry spell so I could get the best application possible. I sprayed the foundation, about 4 feet high, and then the mulch and perimeter of the house about 2 feet out. I then proceeded to spray the fence as well as the edge of the sidewalk where the grass meets the concrete - they love this area to nest. It's been about 2 full weeks now since I've sprayed and I have yet to see a living ant inside my house. Nada. I went to the fence where they had made a nest in a 2x4 and there is absolutely no activity. I've noticed that there are no ants roaming on the sidewalks around the house and no ants roaming in the mulch. I believe that the ants brought the chemical back to the nest and killed the queen and colony. I will reapply in the fall. I've also tried prelude - only a contact killer and does not kill queen or colony. This stuff kicks butt!

I used Termidor that I purchased from you for ant control. I can say nothing but good about this product. It completely wiped out the ants in one day. I am going to tell my friends and family who have pest problems about this product and where to get it.

Product came quickly and was very effective. I mixed mine in a large fish tank, and gravity fed from there with a hose, worked great. Saved lots of $$ over professionals using the same product.

Started using Termidor in Florida several years ago. Had to relocate to Illinois last winter, and bought a home there. Spring came and so did the ants. Since I had used the product before, with great results, I decided to try it on a major ant problem here. We had crazy ants all through the house, big black ants all over the decks and many places in the house. Treated the exterior of the foundation and sprayed the exterior two feet up and out, and have not seen any evidence of ants yet. Although it is pricey, it goes a long way and regardless of that, it really works.

I have used this product for several years with great success. Besides keeping our home ant free, we had suddenly found a type of bore beetle in our spruce roof beams and the Termidor SC has taken care of the problem.

My daughter ordered this last year to keep nasty red bugs out of her house and bees out of the attic. In 3 days the bees were gone and nary a bug showed up in the house. So I got some to keep ants and more ants out of my house. They are everywhere this summer! Also sprayed the eaves for wasps & hornets. The ants are gone and the bees stay away from the house. Plus, it was here within a couple days as well!! Thank you DoMyOwnPestConrol!

It works great on the fire ants. We had so many mounds and fire ants around our home. Now there are none. Even when it rained they made no new mounds. We are very satisfied. The fire ants have been a battle for us for years. Currently, they have disappeared due to the Termidor SC.

It's been only a few weeks since the product was used. I followed directions and so far so good. I also use the bait tubes set approx. 3 feet from the house, they are showing activity. Check with me later I hope that I can change the 3 stars to 5 stars. Shipping was timely

Thanks to the support staff I have finally gotten rid of my termites. For 15 years I've been pushing them from one part of the building to another. Finally I am confidant that my dealing with mud tunnels and destroyed wood are over. Thanks!!

Excellent product! The Fipronil aka C12H4Cl2F6N4OS part of the active ingredient did exactly as stated via attacking the insects glutamate gated chloride channels making them forget to feed. The mounds of earth disappeared in about a week. No activity! I"m very very happy. One bottle of 20oz makes 25 gallons of treatment. (I have a Chemical Engineering degree so I understand how this works very well) This stuff is the real deal!

I discovered an infestation of ants, though didn't know what species. So I figured ant baits purchased at a local store might take care of them -- nope! They weren't interested in the least. After an exterminator arrived, he identified them as "ants" which wasn't too inspiring since I too figured as much. He blew some dust and killed 5 "ants" for $36. His parting words were, "I doubt that I killed the nest, and you'll probably have to call me back." Not wanting to settle for an indefinite series of $36 exterminator "dustings", I spent a few hours researching online and discovered: (1) I had "acrobat" ants, (2) That rigid board insulation (used to construct walls in newer homes) is an attractive nesting site for acrobat ants, and (3) That acrobat ants are notoriously difficult to treat with ant baits. Hmmm...not good. I came across this website and "Termidor SC" and purchased a bottle. Treatment at the foundation of my house was quick and easy, and it took less than 3 days for total extermination of the "ants" (aka 'acrobat ants'). For the amount I had to spray, a $60+ bottle of Termidor will last about 4 years with 2 treatments per year (it has a 5 year shelf-life). That is $15/year, and it will take care of other insects as well! The product is also safe. The active ingredient is Fipronil which is what I used to put on my dogs for flea/tick control (i.e. Frontline) when I lived in Texas. I won't be calling back the exterminator.

Bugs don't walk at my house anymore.  I mixed one bottle to 24 gallons of water.  This mix is not the strongest strength but the middle.  Warning you can not smell this product ((((BUGS DIE)))) I MEAN ALL BUGS.

Impressed with the free shipping..(fast by the way)...Impressed with the product. Paid the bug man $200 to spray the yard for ants. This was the product he used ...and this is so easy to do on your own...and much more economical. Really gets those fire ants!

Unable at this time to evaluate the product Termidor SC. Have recently sprayed it around the house as the instructions directed. Will be more than willing to rate the company at a later time on the effects of the Termidor.  Initially we wanted to know how good the product would deter termites and other things like ants, etc.  We do have a company that sprays for our property on a regular basis, the cost has been continually going higher and decided to try do it our self. We will monitor for the termites after spraying your product this past week, 5/20/10.  We trust your product will be the best for us. We rate your service and shipping as a 5 Star.

I noticed termites swarming in my house and also sub termites coming out of my drywall. I ordered this product and did like they instructed and so far so good. Last month in the beginning of April is when I noticed them. I believe they're gone now. Thank you. I sure saved us a lot of $, my house is 3200 square feet. I am sure it would of been very pricey to tent.

I filled up the little reservoir at top of bottle, but it seems too much came out. I may have tipped bottle the wrong way when I poured it out. I have used this general type of pouring design before and have not had any trouble. directions are very clear.T oo early to tell if it killed the termites.

I purchased Termidor SC to control a problem I had with strawberry (crazy) ant. Not only did it do an excellent job at keeping these pest under control, but it also got control of the spiders and roaches around my home. Exceptional product for doing your own exterminating. Well worth the cost.

Fantastic! Easy to use! Fast Acting. Not only did it hammer the carpenter ants in all the old decaying stumps of this home we recently purchased; it even killed some Fire Ants too. We'd had a TON of ants and now they are all gone. Apologies to Star Trek original for the Die, Die, Die reference! Seriously, a fantastic product. It went really far for us in the way we used it too

Go ahead and buy this stuff at your house. I'm pretty sure no more insects are in that dirt! I don't think you can safely use it indoors but I would like to.

I recently purchased 1 bottle of Termidor SC which was the first time I ordered from DoMyOwnPestControl and I was very impressed with their service. I will definitely order more products from DoMyOwnPestControl. I had a local pest control company do my last termite treatment and I am not even sure they used the proper amount. I asked how many gallons they used and they did not know. I will definitely order more Termidor and other items from DoMyOwnPestControl and I have quit my local pest control contractor.
