Emily from Santa Barbara, Ca writes

Termidor SC was applied around my house 6 months ago. How long before I can eat vegetables grown in that soil?

I transplanted some chard into a planting bed next to the house 2 weeks ago. The plants look great, but will they poison us?

Answer:

If you planted edible plants in any soil treated with Termidor you would not be able to eat anything from those plants.   Termidor should not under any circumstances be applied near or on anything edible and you should also not plant anything edible in soil that is treated with Termidor.  You should keep Termidor treatments at least 10 feet away from any garden.   Termidor should not under any circumstances be applied near or on anything edible.  You should keep Termidor treatments at least 10 feet away from any garden - See more at: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/termidor-sc-p-184.html?keywords=garden&search_for=questions#questions
