"I would like to comment on the amazing customer service that your company provided. It is rare that a company responds so quickly with a refund on merchandise. We returned 4 containers of the Termidor product, because we had measured our homes needs inaccurately, not because of any problems with the product. I received a very courteous and prompt e-mail reply from the customer service representative when I telephoned in my request for a return. To receive appropriate credit to our account on the day you received the return is amazing. It is not uncommon, although not necessary, for companies to withhold refunds for 4-8 weeks. I will certainly highly recommend Do My Own Pest Control, both for products and especially customer service."
