"I just wanted to take a minute and let you all know of the excellent service I received from you. I placed an order for some ant bait gel and Termidor SC liquid for a perimeter treatment. I applied the Termidor and put out some ant bait gel and waited and waited and it seemed like nothing happened. I was a bit frustrated with the results so I called to order a different ant bait gel that was more expensive. The representative that I spoke with told me that I did not need to buy anything else and assured me that what I had already purchased would work if I would give it time. I now am ant free! "This company and its products are absolutely the best! I called asking for help with an influx of springtails in our house. We had tried various insecticides but they kept on coming back. The phone rep was very patient, informative, and helpful in choosing the best product to get rid of these pesky insects. We applied the bifen granules and cyanora spray as a one-two punch. And they worked just great! (Dont be impatient when the springtails do not disappear immediately. It took almost 2 weeks before they were totally gone.) These products are awesome.....and so is the Do My Own Pest Control company!"
