"Excellent customer service! I received an insect light / trap that arrived without a glue board. It was supposed to ship with just a single starter board. I called and spoke to customer service. They looked into it and promised a return call. I'm so jaded I thought, yeah right. But sure enough! They just shipped me a pack of 10 glue boards at no cost. Wish this kind of service were more common."

"I bought a kit last summer. We were getting roaches in the house at least one or 2 per day. The kit is Gentrol, Advion liquid concentrate and sticky pads. The sticky pads were pretty Meh. I did not use the liquid concentrate as I had used Permethrin recently. So with only the Advion in a tube and the Gentrol plastic disks I put them about the house up and downstairs. After the first 2-3 weeks I didn't notice any change. After the 4th week We noticed very few roaches each week. After the 6th week there none. 4 months later I noticed 1 or 2 a week. I put out a new supply of Gentrol and Adion November 1st. No roaches. This is March 23,2023 and saw one this morning, mostly dead. Just ordered more Gentrol. The Advion goes a long way, didn't need more of that. All I can say is Wow. My wife is a happy camper."
