"I normally do not take the time to write company reviews or testimonials, but I was so impressed by the customer service of DoMyOwnPestControl that I felt compelled. When I received my order of Pennington Rackmaster Durana White Clover, I found that the package had been damaged and a portion of the seed had escaped from the box before the carrier wrapped it in a plastic bag. I called after hours and left a message with Customer Service. Early the next morning a representative called and left me a message apologizing for the inconvenience and asked that I simply forward photos of the damage. I did as requested and discovered that a new shipment was already on it's way. Well done and thank you!"
