Matt from Columbus, Oh writes

The Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate concentrate turned brown and leaving behind brown stains and residue on tomato plants, is this normal or safe to apply? Should I only mix enough for one application?

Answer:

Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate should be blue in color when in concentrate form per the SDS Label. Please make sure herbicides are stored in a cool dry environment and out of extreme temperatures such as heat or freezing such as in outdoor sheds, garages or cabinets. If the product has not been exposed to extreme temperatures and turned brown in color, thickened or if there are any physical changes from the original concentrate, please contact the manufacturer or seller where the product was purchased.  Any mixed solution of Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate with water needs to be used within 24 hours.
