The one gallon of Bora-Care is the same whether it comes with mold care or not. So why does it need a 5:1 dilution with Mold Care? Will I end up with less borate penetrating with a 5:1 dilution, and therefore less prevention of decay-causing fungus if I apply a 5:1 dilution with mold care rather than a 2:1 dilution of Bora-Care alone? Is it a very bad idea to use a 2:1 dilution with mold care? If I apply 2:1 Bora-Care only, THEN bora care with mold care, does less mold care product end up getting absorbed? I am concerned about mold and fungus rather than bugs.
