Seems to be a good product, thank God we have not had a need to use them other than picking up glue boards. The tongs seem to be well built and nice length away from anything you are picking up. Shipping was timely. The customer service was excellent. I found these tongs on another site for a cheaper price. I called customer service and they priced matched the tongs over the phone. They were super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely consider ordering here for any other pest control issues we have considering the quality of the product and excellent customer service.

I bought this tong for my Son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He's a huge reptile enthusiast and is impressed with how well the tong is made. Said "it was just what he wanted."

Tongs are exactly what I thought they would be. They are more expensive than other places thats why I gave 3 stars. As far as product if you know how to handle them they work just fine.
